AREAS OF PRACTICE

Ms. Dorris’s practice primarily consists of the representation of individuals, business entities, various institutional lenders and investors and financial institutions in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including creation of business entities, contract negotiations, debt placement and other business related matters.

Ms. Dorris has represented numerous entities in both private and public debt and equity transactions. A substantial portion of Ms. Dorris practice has included representing lenders and borrowers in asset-based lending transactions, as well as representing venture capital funds in connection with subordinated debt, preferred stock and common stock investments.

In addition, Ms. Dorris represents individuals and companies in the areas of estate planning and probate, agricultural law and real estate.
